Work Terms

I work by the hour or by project, this means that the payment will be based on how long it takes to do it, and how complicated it is. It may be that a job is apparently simple but takes longer than a shorter complicated job. My base rate is 30 dollars an hour, but it is totally negotiable depending on the project and its complexity.
