I have eBay listing experience and HTML templates decoration.
1) MS Office suite:
a) MS Excel:
- complex data analysis, storage and presentation;
- report creation;
- automation of calculations and processes.
- developing master forms with UI/UX.
b) MS Word:
- copyrighting and rewriting;
- document template preparation;
- precise form fill outs;
- texts comparison, etc.
c) MS Access:
- local (not network) data bases modeling, creation, updating, merging, etc.;
- practical understanding of creation and running user SQL queries.
d) MS Power Point (simple presentations, charts and minimal wording).
2) Data Entry jobs:
- transferring data from multi-page PDF/Word files or scanned images into a working Excel file with/without future data calculation organization with a help of formulas;
- taking a source file and making an exact copy of that in Excel or Word (on demand);
(It can be done in different directions, like OpenOffice to PDF, Excel to Word and PDF and so on.)
- PDF editing.
- I have an experience of working with Google docs (no programming, just data entry and exchange).
3) I can do a good HTML page mark-up to create a simple static informative site (like a landing page), which you can upload even to a free hosting site and advertise whatever you want. One page or a multi-level solution. Mostly as an informational presentation with images for your audience.
4) Have a good experience of managing a couple of eBay store accounts:
- I am familiar with eBay listing process, an eBay account functional and how to do a catching HTML decoration of a listing: an attractive advertisement with an HTML template;
- worked closely with PayPal and its and eBay service teams;
- order tracking, feedback improvement, e-mail handling.
5) I am a good selling-text writer: I can be informative and still keep info short and simple.
6) Support in video/audio material preparation to be uploaded to a selling site by converting, merging, or splitting video/audio files of almost any format, like a video clip to an audio track.
Work Terms
I live in Kiev city, Ukraine, and I mostly work during my evenings, 4-5 hours a day,
but it's negotiable: work hours can be discussed during an interview
and I often can adjust my schedule to the night shifts.
Payment terms depend on every separate task complexity and can vary starting from $8 per hour and higher. Fixed amount payments are also acceptable and will be agreed individually.
