When I was a young boy, I asked my Grandpa to teach me how to draw a face, when he did a semicircle and a cross, I doubted him and said angrily "You don't know how to draw", He just looked at me and smiled...
As a kid, I always love to draw, inspired by afternoon after class anime's and saturday morning shows. But was never really good at it, even my class advisor from my secondary schooling, ridiculed me, when I illustrated one of her co teacher for a school project.?
Never seriously joined the school's art club, whereas my older brother was the president in our school. a few cartoon sketch here and there, just to pass the time, and that was a lot of time past because I used up whole thick notebooks..nothing serious.. when boys my age were chasing girls I was doodling....
? The hard rain on stormy days would entice me to sit down and illustrate until my eyes and hand was sore, it was better than doing nothing and besides my hand won't sweat a lot...
I was not born an artist, but rather I choose to walk a life of an artist, and though it is very a hard path to go through, I think will hold unto it until the very last.......
and I almost forgot, I was a comic artist, for a very short period, a book illustrator, and the majority of my experience goes to the Animation Industry..
Now I worked as a graphic artist and an Illustrator for a small Advertising company in the middle east............
