I cant bound myself if my work is still remaining, just do it and got relaxed. If i talk about the payment terms then i'll always prefer 30% payment should be in advance, 20 % after 70% of work completion and rest on delivery. Communication medium is Skype, Mail or phone, i am comfort with all.
