I have a background in customer service for more than 5 years in email, chat and phone. I was a part of AT&T and Frontier Airlines where my responsibilities included handling sales and technical support issuing refunds and giving discounts or coupons.
I was also a part of DirecTv where I helped customers with their billing and technical inquiries.
I worked as a sales support for Ebay. I handled marketing strategies and product listings.
Additionally, I was part of the operations team as a Coach/Team Leader so I have the leadership and management skills to handle any time/work pressure. I can guarantee you that I’m an expert with the customer service field.
I also worked as virtual assistance for Falcon VA as dispatcher and order placer for delivery food and services.
I also handled e-commerce such as eBay and Amazon as lister and marketing strategist for private business owners.
I am also an expert when it comes to setting restaurant appointments and hotel booking.
