I am an executive with solid experience in IT with focus on IT operations and projects in medium and large companies on service and industry sectors engaging multi-skilled and multicultural teams, with whom I led technology projects with local and global reach.

On the IT operations, I would like to point out the management of SLA and achievement of services KPI´s, handling critical incidents, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, datacenter infrastructure operations, proactive application monitoring and capacity planning.

The main achievements were implementation of capacity planning area, datacenter relocation projects of mainframe operations involving multiple countries and teams, vendors and contract management, development of a data warehousing pilot project in Germany and careful finance planning (capex, opex, P&L) with focus in efficiency improvement and cost reduction.

This was achieved by acting with commitment, managing of motivated multi-skilled teams and development good partnership with other areas and suppliers.
My education includes IT at Federal Institute of SP (IFSP), Physics bachelor at USP, post-graduate in Administration at FGV, leadership training and a IA Master degree at USP in 2024.
