Planning Engineer

As a PMO-planning engineer, I develop and implement project schedules and timelines in collaboration with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders. With over 3 years of experience in the estimation, planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, I have a proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

I am a PMI Certified Scheduling Professional with a strong technical background and expertise in project management software, such as Primavera P6, SAP 2000, and AutoCAD. I use these tools to create and analyze project data, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions. I also monitor project progress against the schedule and track critical paths, floats, lags, and variances. I prepare and present periodic reports, such as progress, status, variance, look-ahead, trend analysis, and delay analysis, to communicate project performance and issues to internal and external stakeholders.

I have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies and to apply them to solve complex construction challenges.
