Made several calls about payment, He was unhappy at attempt to setup echeck account so ended up sending check. Even that was met with skepticism. Got the feeling that he did not trust me. Work done did not resolve issues but partly due to the original vendor not providing depth of file structure. We needed the work he did, but felt that more could have been done to eliminate the need to pay for the additional services of the software vendor.
