Work Terms

Hours of Operation: I am available from 6 am to 2 pm, Saturday to Thursday. For urgent requests or deadlines, I can accommodate additional hours with prior notice.
Payment Terms: Payment is preferred through Guru's secure payment system. A milestone-based approach is ideal, with an upfront deposit for starting the project and remaining payments upon achieving agreed milestones. Full payment is expected upon project completion and final approval.
Preferred Communication: Clear and open communication is key to a successful project. I prefer communicating via Guru messages. Regular updates will be provided to ensure we’re aligned at every stage.
Revisions Policy: I offer 5 number of revisions to guarantee your satisfaction. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra costs.
Turnaround Time: Depending on the project complexity, logos are typically delivered within 1-3 business days.
