Work Terms

Work Terms :

1. Hours of Operation

- Available for project work from Saturday & Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (IST)
- Flexible work hours can be arranged based on the project’s urgency and client needs, subject to prior discussion.

2. Payment Terms

- Payment is required to be processed via Guru's SafePay Escrow system to ensure secure transactions for both parties.
- Preferred payment schedules:

- Hourly Projects: Payments are based on weekly timesheets and should be released upon approval.
- Fixed-Price Projects: Payments are milestone-based, with each milestone agreed upon before starting.
- Invoices will be generated promptly, and payment is expected within 7 days of invoice submission.

3. Communication Style

- Open to clear and timely communication via Guru’s messaging system for project updates and queries.
- Additional communication platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams can be used for virtual meetings or discussions, if necessary.
- Email will be used for detailed exchanges, sharing files, and official project documentation.

4. Response Time

- Messages and queries will be addressed within 24 hours during business hours.
- Urgent concerns will be prioritized as feasible.

5. Project Delivery

- Deliverables will align with agreed timelines and project milestones. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance.
- All CAD drawings, structural/architectural models, or related deliverables will adhere to industry standards and client specifications.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Up to two rounds of revisions are included for each milestone to ensure client satisfaction.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed in advance.
Confidentiality and Ownership

All project details and outputs will remain confidential and exclusive to the client upon full payment.
I reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in my portfolio.
