Work Terms
FLAT RATE / FIXED PRICE offers - please see all "SERVICES" explained in detail.
First-time clients on GURU.COM = we will require the use of the Guru SafePay system for purposes of deposit in escrow.
All website packages will be invoiced partially in advance for payment using the Guru SafePay system.
All "Agreements" for flat rate / fixed price jobs will be invoiced as "Milestone Invoices". Each "Agreement" will specify only one, or on website projects potentially multiple "Milestones".
"Milestone Invoicing" also applies to any jobs billed on a nominal hourly basis. All of our hourly jobs are estimated for a fixed price in advance, which is used as a basis for flat rate "Milestone Invoices". Only in case of clearly explained unforeseen circumstances which cause the pre-planned hourly task to take excessively longer than expected, work stops and a new follow-up "Agreement" must be specified to complete the hourly job.
All "Milestone Invoices" must be paid when due for work to continue on a project.
