Work Terms

1. Hours of Operation
Monday to Sunday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (IST).Closed on public holidays unless agreed otherwise.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is expected upon project completion and before the final delivery of files. Accepted payment methods: PayPal or direct bank transfer. For long-term projects or larger assignments, 50% of the payment is required upfront, and the remaining upon completion.
3. Preferred Communication
Primary methods: Email and phone calls. Available for virtual meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or other agreed platforms.
Response Time: Within 24 hours during working hours.
4. Project Details
A detailed project brief must be provided before starting. Revisions are included as per the agreement (e.g., 2-3 rounds of revisions). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Turnaround Time
Timelines are mutually decided based on project scope and complexity. Prompt feedback is required to meet agreed deadlines.
6. Confidentiality
All client information and project details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Projects canceled midway may incur charges based on work completed. No refunds after final project delivery.
8. Ownership Rights
Final ownership of designs or deliverables will be transferred after full payment is received.
9. Additional Requests
Any work outside the initial agreement will be charged additionally after mutual discussion.
