Work Terms
Scope of Work
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients
- Manage and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Create high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, video) for various channels
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines (SEO)
- Design and deploy email marketing campaigns and automations
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for optimization
Deliverables
- Monthly digital marketing reports detailing campaign performance and recommendations
- Quarterly content calendars outlining upcoming content and publishing schedules
- Bi-weekly social media content and engagement reports
- Ad-hoc analytics and performance reports as requested by clients
Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday,24hrs
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend work for urgent client requests
Communication
- Regular email updates and check-ins with clients
- Bi-weekly calls or video meetings to discuss campaign progress and strategy
- Instant messaging or phone calls for urgent matters
Confidentiality
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and data
- Adhere to non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as required
Payment Terms
- Monthly retainer fees due on the 1st of each month
- Additional services or projects billed hourly or as agreed upon
Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice
Amendments
- These work terms may be amended with mutual agreement in writing
