About

When you need answers yesterday for making big decisions

The most important work I have ever done in my field (Decision Science/Operations Research) is creating ORMSware, a fast and easy quantitative modeling and programming system that is also a discrete event simulator. It facilitates modeling of any problem in terms of generalized hierarchical queuing networks.

Example: Any spreadsheet model you have is a hierarchical queuing network, never mind whether or not the problem involves queues (waiting lines), or only one worksheet. However, any problem/solution formulated and implemented with ORMSware networks will be easily understandable, trackable and digestible.

Details of ORMSware's history trail that started at Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Fall 1982 and traveled through Lockheed Martin and Storage Technology Corporation are available on video at https://vimeo.com/392474632

My primary interest in being here is getting problems I can solve, which with the permission of the client, I can publish on LinkedIn. I will, of course, accept compensation if the client is so overjoyed that they insist that I do.
