Work Terms

Payment Terms:
A 50% advance payment is required before the project starts. This advance secures your spot in the development schedule and allows for the necessary initial work to be completed. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final deliverables are handed over.
Milestones and Deliverables:
Projects will be divided into key milestones, with deliverables submitted for review at each stage. Feedback will be incorporated, and revisions will be made as needed to ensure the project meets your expectations.
Revisions and Changes:
Reasonable revisions and changes within the scope of the project are included. Major changes or additions beyond the initial scope may incur additional charges and will be discussed and agreed upon before implementation.
Communication and Updates:
Regular updates will be provided throughout the project to keep you informed of progress. Open communication is encouraged to ensure alignment with your vision and requirements.
Confidentiality:
All project details and proprietary information will be kept confidential. Your privacy and the security of your data are of utmost importance.
Termination:
Either party may terminate the project with prior notice. In the event of termination, the advance payment is non-refundable, and any work completed up to that point will be delivered.

Upon final payment, you will receive full ownership of the completed work. Any pre-existing materials or code used in the development remain the property of the developer.
