For 20 years I have been a project manager with program development successes. More recently, I managed social programs that provided wellness services to the homeless, workforce training for the jobless, and business planning workshops for women entrepreneurs. In addition to managing and developing these programs, I also raised the operating funds to ensure their longevity. I believe my project management and development experience would complement this role.
• Experience in project development, nonprofit fundraising, marketing strategy, and grant writing
• Experience also encompasses public relations, media buying, and event planning
• Served extensively as a liaison between human service agencies, community organizations, school districts, and city/state/federal funding agencies and officials
• Competent to work in the Hispanic market with English/Spanish proficiency; culturally and socially sensitive to the diverse Hispanic population in USA, Central and South America
• Ability to work cross-functionally as evidenced by skill sets in project analysis, human resource management, staff training and intervention, customer service, purchasing, and accounting
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Ability to work independently as well as establish excellent rapport and working relationships
• Organizational and interpersonal expertise that lead to a profitable team-efforts
• Experienced in creating, establishing, and successfully implementing policies and procedures for existing and newly created departments
• Technical competence in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Donor Perfect, Client Track, and Internet browsers
Work Terms
Proposal
All Proposals are valid for 30 days and must be signed prior. Proposal will be written with a specific goal, list of task to accomplish, and a schedule to start, review progress, and ending date.
Payments
Proposal submitted to a business or organization and is accepted payments are to be made in thirds; first payment on signing the proposal, second payment at review progress, and the final payment on completion.
