Work Terms
Invoicing:
We prefer to work hourly, but do take fixed fee projects as long as the project requirements are well defined. We invoice monthly and expect payment under Net 14 terms. We provide status reports on request, as well as a monthly line item breakdown of hours worked.

General Availability:
We are available to our clients from Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm (PST). We respond to communications outside these hours as soon as reasonable possible.
Development control:
We use Github for all of our project source control, and can make in-development/daily builds available for you to review on our development servers, so that you will always be up to date on the status of development and request changes, corrections, etc. as necessary.
