I am a Certified Salesforce Administrator with 8 years managing and customizing Orgs. My primary focus is strategic architecture and translating actual workflows into Salesforce workflows. Additionally, I have experience in general administration, user customization, roles and permissions, on-boarding, change management and object-app planning and architecture.
