James Ovuike set-up OLS shortly after starting his career as a start-up attorney, servicing mainly international technology related start-ups on-line.
J.O is a bilingual (English and German), efficient and pragmatic New York admitted attorney with training in UK and US law, and more than 9 years experience in International Business Law.
At OLS three ideas hold most value:
1) Quality of the work product - the quality of the work product is ALWAYS ensured as a direct reflection of the founder`s character.
2) Disruptive legal services - OLS was born from the desire to provide a different kind of legal advice and transactional legal services including: very affordable fees, and non-traditional payment for the services; continuous availability albeit within a social media system like Skype, email, or whatsapp; a non-typical lawyer approach (that still ensures top-notch technical protection and quality).
3) The customer's interests come first - this principle is also a reflection of James's character, and is an approach that really, quite often, finds no place in a larger corporation where profits always trump other considerations.
