Work Terms

Hours of operation: Our company is open Monday to Sunday.

Payment terms: Our payment terms are net 15 days from the date of invoice. We accept payment by bank transfer.

Communication style: We prefer to communicate with clients via video conference on Zoom and Teams. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of our clients and their information. All of our team members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure that client information is kept secure.

Termination: Either party may terminate the working relationship by providing 30 days written notice.

Changes to work terms: These work terms may be updated from time to time. We will provide notice of any changes and give clients the opportunity to review and accept the updated terms.
