Electrical Engineer / Translator - Interpreter

I am an electrical engineer, BSc in Istanbul Technical University, followed by a post-graduate MSc in International Hellenic University on Energy Systems. My main interests are sustainability, renewables, environmental impact assessment, electrical machines, carbon-dioxide capturing, climate change and GHG emissions.

For many years I have also worked as a translator, especially on technical translations such as localization of technical manuals, energy projects, digital protection manuals from English to Turkish (or vice versa). Throughout my work as a translator / interpreter I have worked also worked in various business meetings, panels and cultural events which required me to travel a lot from small sized kick-off meetings of international corporations to all the way to Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of Turkey. I am also working part-time as an English teacher in my current residence for migrants for their integration processes.
