? Recruiting experience understanding the opening, sourcing the right candidate, negotiations, closing the deal and maintaining the candidate in the position.
? Understanding the sourcing needs of the clients and fulfilling them.

? Experience in recruiting consultants on Corp-to-Corp, 1099, W2 basis for Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Full-time positions.

? Recruited for positions located in different states in US and have a good knowledge on all states with their respective timings.
? Worked extensively with MS-Office: MS Outlook, Word, Excel etc for the purpose of resume formatting and maintaining internal database.
