PAL-InfoCom launched in early 2005, is an ISO - 9001:2008 certified company with track record of having delivered 150+ elearning projects. We design, develop, deploy, configure & customize an open source Moodle for the training houses, corporate, healthcare, education and indeed any organization looking to build the competency of its users. We also provide instructional course design services, enabling organizations to deliver through several channels. We use Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate design tools. We just expanded our technical era and included few MVC based frameworks like CakePHP & CodeIgnitor to our Skill set.

Work Terms

We have been working with clients for last about 10 years and over a period of time have learnt establishing professional relationships with our clients. We are flexible, yet process driven. It's because of this value system, we have survived ups & downs for last more than 10 years.

Payment mode: We follow guru's escrow & arbitration processes.

Payment terms: We work with clients to define delivery milestones and associate payment subject to successful completion of respective milestones. Broadly, we follow the payment milestones as:

(a) Initial retainer: 20 - 30% (depending upon size of project)
(b) Completion of Specs & Graphical templates designing - 20%
(c) Development (multiple) milestones - 60%
(d) Final QA testing by client - 10%

Value Pricing: Our average cost for project development ranges from USD 15 to USD 30 (depending upon skill level requirement) + guru fee on actual.
