Pan was really great as both an employee and an artist, exceeding my expectations in both categories. I hired him to help me extract the images in my mind for a sci-fi game and create a set of original characters for this game. He did a great job! Pan as an employee: Pan really did an excellent job in creating concept art for me. He brought my vision to reality quite expertly and I couldn't be more pleased. The best part of my mornings was waking up to see the progress and new designs in my inbox each day. Great enthusiasm. Followed directions perfectly. Great feedback. Took initiative at the right times. Responsive and fun to talk to. Truly an ideal hire. I'm honestly excited to work with Pan again in the future when the game needs more characters designed. Pan as an artist: Pan a very solid artist. His portfolio is nice and I think the work he did for me has been his greatest yet. He responded very well to all the reference images and descriptions I gave him and thanks to his talents, we were able to create a really nice sci-fi style for the characters of my project. It was so fun to wake up in the morning and see the newest iteration of our designs in my inbox. And it was also really cool to see Pan's growth as an artist over the course of this project. I thought he was pretty great when we started and I was amazed with how each new character demonstrated his growth. He's an excellent artist already and he gets better every day. I've never experienced that with an artist before. Magnificent!
