I have had the privilege of working with leading organizations, including Heidrick and Struggles for 10 years, Recruit Holding for 3 years, Amrop for 3 years and Mediaguru Consultants for 1 year. During my tenure, I actively contributed to global-level program initiatives.
During my tenure at Heidrick and Struggles, I witnessed remarkable growth and received recognition from colleagues across various offices, including the global CEO office. Beginning as an Associate, I provided invaluable support to numerous Partners within the GTS (Global Technology and Professional Services Practices). Throughout my time with the firm, I actively contributed to multiple global programs, focusing on digital transformation, operational transformation, and knowledge management.
Following my rewarding experience at Heidrick and Struggles, I embarked on a new journey with Recruit Holding, specifically within the RGF business segment (Professional Recruitment and Executive Search). Here, I played a pivotal role in various global programs, particularly those centered around entity mergers and business consolidation, even amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Working in alignment with our parent company, Recruit Holdings, I also contributed to several Digital Transformation projects at both regional and global levels, aimed at enhancing productivity within the Search and Professional Recruitment sectors.
For the past three years, I had the honor of working with Amrop, where I actively supported the establishment of essential processes, corporate strategies, and planning. I played an integral role in driving GTM/Sales strategy and planning, designing bonus models for Partners and led digital transformation initiatives to significantly boost the overall productivity of our business operations.
