Establishing Short term and long term Budgets, designing business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability.
Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control
Preparing MIS reports to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate decision-making process of the top management using SAP.
Supervising timely completion of the jobs by the subordinates as per KRAs (Key Result Areas) defined and monitoring their performance.
Tracking periodical cash flow & fund flow statements for monitoring the flow of working capital and implementing various initiatives for controlling bad debts.
Suggesting better utilization of working capital and improving the efficiency of operations with a view to minimize cost and realization of higher prices.
Conceptualizing and developing financial plans for new initiatives, commercial functions etc. to enable achievement of objectives as per organizational goals.
Analyzing & evaluating business performance from the financial/operations purview, key business metrics to facilitate financial control in line with corporate financial objectives.
Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine variation between projected figures & actual income / expenditure and taking corrective action.
Liaising with Banks and Financial Institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet working capital requirements.
Establishing strategic cost management systems / techniques for monitoring various overheads and achieving maximum cost control in operations.
Evaluating various processes & controls of the company’s business and thereon suggesting improvements

Work Terms
