I’m an HR professional with over 20 years of experience working across industries like banking, pharma, medical devices, consumer goods, and real estate. My main focus has been Human Resources, Learning & Development, Coaching, and helping organizations grow through their people. After years in HR, I’ve transitioned into freelancing where I combine my skills with a fresh perspective and dedication to quality work.

I studied HR at XLRI and did my undergrad at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. I’m also certified as a Gallup Strengths Coach, a Korn Ferry Learning Agility Facilitator, and an Agile Scrum Master.

Over the years, I’ve run more than 150 workshops and coached 100 people—spending over 10,000 hours helping individuals and leaders build skills, confidence, and clarity.

I love creating practical, simple solutions that make a real difference—for people and teams. Whether it’s coaching, training, or supporting change, I aim to bring honesty, warmth, and real-world insight to the work.
