CFA charterholder with more than 10 years experience in finance and investments

I have 10+ years experience in financial analyses, business planning and valuation, investments management and reporting. I can assist with in-depth knowledge of elaborated financial concepts and bring these to practice clearly and efficiently.
I have prepared financial and equity analyses of public and private companies, investment memorandums and teasers. I have developed many financial analyses and company valuations using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) modeling and peer comparisons. My experience in capital markets includes leading a number of IPOs, SPOs, tender offers and M&A transactions as well as experience in managing investment portfolios on foreign markets (trading equities in USA and Europe).
As a career path I've been gradually promoted from equity analyst to Head of Corporate finance and Executive director of one of the largest investment companies in Bulgaria. I have advised a number of foreign clients on their investments on the Bulgarian market.
I also have experience in business planning, budgeting and reporting - preparation of elaborated financial models presenting company's activities for periods up to 5-10 years.
I have BS Degree in International Economic Relations, MS Degree in Finance and I obtained my CFA charter passing the exams in three consecutive years.
