Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Research and Liaison
I have been self employed in the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying field for over 20 yrs. I work with several firms as a liaison with various public agencies in the Northern Kentucky and Southern Indiana areas. I also do property deed research for boundary surveys and utility easement location and acquisition. I specialize in research for complicated boundary surveys. I have also worked with special research projects including locations of hidden or unknown cemeteries. I have extensive experience in locating obscure archival records. I have been in the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying business since 1989 and started out in design of subdivisions, sewers, roads, drainage and have worked with all public agencies relating to all aspects of land development and design. I have worked with Engineers, Land Surveyors and Property Attorneys.
Work Terms
I can work days, evenings and weekends. Through the week during courthouse and public agency hours, evenings and weekends where counties have online research tools available. 35.00 per hour on an hourly basis. I am a stickler for budgeting time and money for both myself and my clients. Most of my clients prefer I send documents digitally through email, but will also mail through whatever postal service is most convenient or works best for the job. I keep my clients updated on progress as much as the individual client needs, whether it be daily or weekly through email, text or phone calls.
