Executive Assistant, Legal Secretary, Virtual Assistant
I operate a Remote Office for Engineering Firms and Small Business Owners with a new HP Flat Screen Computer with a new HP ePrinter. In the field, I use a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 Tablet and a portable printer.
My work for you would entail:
• Create Excel Spreadsheets from the receipts, which correspond to IRS Schedules
• Prior to the time of filing your tax returns, we review all expenses and categories assuring that we have all of the information we need to file your tax returns accurately so that your tax returns can be filed quickly and easily
• Prepare correspondence
• Create and send invoices
• Proofread and finalize reports
• Prepare travel arrangements and reconciliation
• Track accounts payable and receivable
• Perform other office functions as needed
• I also incorporate businesses into an LLC, S Corp, or other corporate holdings

Hours of operation: 9 am to 5 pm PST
