Experience in people and project management in hybrid models (Waterfall and Scrum) with national and international multidisciplinary teams using SAFe (scaled agile)

Experience in conducting meetings, status reports, escalations and communication plans.

Experience in Research and Development (R&D) in the field of innovation.

Knowledge in managing incidents, problems and changes.

Experience with BPM.

Ease in dealing with people, ease of communication, proactive, self-manageable.
