I have over 10 years of technical experience from hardware repair to systems administration. I am both an Apple and Microsoft certified professional. As an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), I am authorized to diagnose, open, and repair Apple hardware.

I have extensive experience with configuring and maintaining Macs on enterprise networks: building and deploying system images, managing local and network user permissions via Active Directory (AD) and Open Directory (OD) systems, and license management (network based, site licensing, physical key, or seat licensing structures).

Work Terms

Directly available for contact from 5:00PM-10:00PM (EST) Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (EST) Saturday, 2:00PM-10:00PM (EST) Sunday. Available for email communication between 8:00AM-10:00PM daily.
