I m passionate about human resource development, training, article editor, content writing, reading developing any existing stories, developing human resource tools such as job descriptions.

I m youthful human resource professional that is looking forward to progress in career. I m Bachelor of Commerce undergraduate from Egerton University; graduated 5th December 2014. I have experience in human resource management, human resource development, payrol and staff welfare managements, data entry, customer relation, skills on accounting and financial management, total quality management and basiccomputer skills. I have worked for three different organizations. From 2014 September to 2016 January; St. Catherine's Secondary School Chepnyal as Mathematics and Business Studies teacher, Debt Collector and Recovery with Metropol Corporation LTD from Jan 2016 to Jan 2017 and Human Resource Management Officer from Jan 2017 to December 2017, and Senior Human Development Officer at County Government of West Pokot from Jan 2018 to date. I m passionate on developing tools to be used in human resource development, performance management, welfare management, training organizing and management.

Work Terms

I m comfortable working for 30 hours in a week. As industrious person, I m flexible to meet the demands of my clients.
