I worked for a broadband account from 2009 to 2011. After that I worked for Microsoft under SITEL from 2011 to 2013. I transferred to ECE as a Level 2 Technician from 2013 to 2015 and switched to JET as an Order Processor and got promoted as a Supervisor from 2016 to 2018. I went back working from home from March of 2018.
I am a Microsoft Certified Technician and Associate and has a lot of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Data Entry and I am also knowledgeable in using Zendesk and Netsuite.
