If you can dream it, I can write it.
I have been writing steadily since age 14 when i wrote my first work of fiction. My 8th grade English instructor gave each of us a photo as a prompt and told us to write about it. No details, no further instruction--just "Write about it." Most of my classmates wrote descriptive paragraphs about their photos. My photo showed the interior of an abandoned factory. So, I wrote a fifteen page short story about a man running from the law to avoid punishment for a crime he didn't commit. The story centered on the confrontation in the old factory when police found him. Only yearsa later did I realize there had been a movie and a series about the same idea. I received an A on that assignment and I was hooked. I have been writing things since then and that was over thirty years ago. My first book was published in 2007, the most recent one in 2022. I have learned an awesome amount over the past ten plus years and I lookforward to passing it along.
Work Terms
When writing, I work 16 or more hours a day. For projects other than my own, I keep meticulous track of those hours.
My rate is set at 8.00 per hour, but the final total depends on the length of the project. One edit is generally included. However, that being said, being reasonable human beings, we can always talk about things!
