Paul A. Phillips, a Memphis-based consultant/business coach with over 20 years of experience in a broad array of industries. I work with small to mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs and blue-sky thinkers that want to take their business to an uncomfortable level. My passion is helping businesses grow by challenging the status quo – encouraging a different way of thinking.

Business owners and entrepreneurs are subject matter experts but many times they are not general managers, so I help them identify areas where revenue can be maximized and expenses can be managed better so they can take their business to the next level.

I also provide career coaching for all levels - from staff level to executives, whether on the job or in career transition.
