Work Terms

Our hours of operation as a website development company are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, we understand that urgent matters can arise outside of these hours and we do our best to be available to our clients when needed.

For payment terms, we typically require a 70% deposit before beginning work on a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We accept various forms of payment including bank transfers, credit card payments, and PayPal.

As for our preferred communication style, we believe in open and transparent communication with our clients throughout the development process. We're always available to answer questions and provide updates, and we encourage our clients to reach out to us with any concerns or feedback they may have.

We primarily communicate with our clients through email and video conferencing, as we find these methods to be the most efficient and effective for keeping everyone in the loop. However, we're also available by phone and can arrange in-person meetings as needed.
