I am a former Finance Director now specialising in Freelance Excel and Access projects. Experienced in : Data Cleansing, Charts, Macros, VBA, Dashboards, Budgeting and Financial Modelling.
I love working with Excel and Access. I now run my small Freelance business from my office at home, Manchester UK, where I live with my wife, 2 sons and our 2 border Terriers.
I enjoy being an Excel specialist. I am Microsoft Certified, and have covered just about every kind of project form basic workbook tidy-ups to complex VBA automation, including Dashboards and working with External Data Sources.
I am a qualified accountant and have spent my career as Finance Director and Managing Director of various service sector businesses. I have built start-up businesses and turned round failing businesses and been involved in disposals and acquisitions
During this time I have had many experiences of running multi-site and multi-contract businesses and have developed strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
I love to work with Excel and Access and am able to design from scratch through to complex solutions.
I have strong skills in Power-point and can design and develop presentations for a wide range of needs. I am a qualified trainer and have been involved in developing training and operational manuals from scratch.
I am a qualified Project Manager and have led many complex business projects including change management and business strategy project.
I am very friendly, well organised and extremely trustworthy.
My main buzz comes form helping my new clients to build exciting businesses and I enjoy contributing at any level of management.
