Transit Application: Developed a black box device that controls a variety of analog\digital radios, in addition to supporting a VIOP interface. The black box interfaces to the following: SPI, IC2, MX029, Ethernet, CAN, RS485, RS232, AD IO, Digital IO, USB, CMX4173, and EEPROM running on PIC32 microcontroller.
Infotainment System: Developed a radio infotainment system on new hardware using a new tool chain (Qnx) RTOS. Built the system foundation libraries and classes, in charge of the system services group completed implementation, validation and field testing within one year and six months.
Responsible for the development of a CAD/AVL system used in transit vehicles for emergencies, data and voice communications, vehicle tracking services, real-time vehicle diagnostics, video capture, vehicle route and schedule adherence.
