I provide Project Delivery, Project Assurance and PMO services, supporting business and digital transformation projects

As founder of Assurify Consulting, I deliver continuous project assurance, governance and related advisory services, mainly to professional services firms, specialising in technology-enabled change initiatives.

Following 15 years of building and leading a successful project management consultancy, that I exited in 2024, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to every engagement. My focus is on delivering successful outcomes in technology and business transformation projects, particularly those involving ERP, document management, process automation and organisational change.

My approach combines pragmatic solutions with robust governance frameworks, helping organisations navigate change while maintaining operational effectiveness. I bridge the gap between technical delivery and business strategy. My clients value my ability to work collaboratively across all organisational levels, from board-level stakeholders to front-line staff, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.

My career spans financial services, public sector, engineering and construction. I have experience of managing projects for clients in:
Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Mauritius, Monaco, Netherlands, South Africa, Switzerland and the UK.

Work Terms

I work flexibly to support the client's way of working. This usually means an agreed average number of hours / days per month that can flex as the demand requires. 50% of the first month payment in advance thereafter payment is monthly in arrears on presentation of my invoice.
