I am a professions Desktop support engineer with over 3 years providing 1st and 2nd line support for a multinational company (over 500 on site users and thousands of remote users). I am experienced in supporting and administrating a Windows environment (Servers 2008/2012, Windows 7/8/10) and a wide variety of desktop applications including Google Chrome, Microsoft Office, Citrix, WebEx and many others.
I am also familiar with computer networking and am a Cisco Certified Network Associate.
I am skilled in troubleshooting and prioritise solving my customer's issues in a fast and satisfactory manner.
