A reliable and hard working Professional
I have total of 3 years and 3 months Customer Service experience.of which 2 years were in a call center department in a transportation & aviation company in Dubai, UAE. What I do there is assist in providing transport to customers and pilots, allocate drivers, dispatch create till sheets and assist passengers in the airport. I have also worked in a BPO company in Manila in which the client is a utility company in Australia. My basic task is collect overdue payments over the phone. If the customer won't be able to pay in full, we probe and negotiate and collect atleast a partial amount and extend the rest. If the customer is in a financial hardship, we provide a longer payment plan. Most recently I have just been certified as a Financial Advisor in a top insurance company in the Philippines which is originally based in Canada. And lastly, I have recently enrolled in a bootcamp for Web Development.
Work Terms
I can work 8 hours a day, I can work on a shifting schedule, on holidays and weekends as well. I can be paid via direct bank transfer
