Paul Mubiru is an ICT enthusiast right from childhood, he has devoted 90 percent of his practice to digital literacy for the nine years. He has extensive experience in unusual and innovative approaches such as EdTech and OER. His recent activities include project based learning experiences, working with Children with Disabilities in primary school as well as vocational to improve.

Through teenage years he became more and more interested in Information Technology; in primary and high school, he led Computer lessons setup sessions, supporting the instructor. After graduating with a Diploma in Information Technology and started working as an assistant teacher in Rainbow International school, he would find time in summer holidays to volunteer at Kampala School for physically Handicapped helping children with their ICT skills.

Paul is an ICT Specialist and provides services in areas of ICT Support (Data Entry) | Network Administration | Graphics Design | ICT Instructing.

He lives in Uganda, Kampala, is interested in Worship and contemporary music, trying to learn to play the Bass guitar
