I love what I do, and that's why I do it. I'm here to make sure that grammar wins the good fight.

I've been working as an editor/proofreader and writer since I graduated from college in 2009. Aside from my regular full-time job as a proofreader, I do freelance writing and editing for The Rideshare Guy Blog.

I have experience with editing newspapers, catalogs, advertising and packaging. My experience as a writer is localized to news articles and blog writing.

Some professional work I have done includes proofreading the Schwan's catalog, editing for the Sportsman's Guide catalog, writing and editing for Target's online products, and proofreading Walgreens and Aveda packaging.

In my spare time, I try to read as much as I can. I also dabble in cross-stitching and knitting. I also enjoy traveling with my husband.

Work Terms

I am available for evenings and weekends. When asking for a long-term project, please keep in mind that it will be handled around my regular working hours (8 to 5, Central Time). I will tell you if I cannot meet the requirements up front.
