Paul had an excellent grasp of our complex programming needs and even helped us complete an unanticipated migration to another host that would not accept the DLL that drives most of our site content. He developed an alternative solution that is extensible and acceptable to any host. He completed all of the items on the project agreement competently and was patient when we experienced some delays in providing him materials (not that I recommend doing this to any programmer since they have to plan their time amongst multiple clients and may not be able to address a client's needs in a timely fashion if the client exceeds the stated time frame for the project). Paul is a capable and pleasant person to work with and we will definitely return to him with our future programming needs.
