My name is Pavan Kumar and I have experience in more than one field. My main skills are IT Support, Customer Support and Administration. I always progress in everything I do and I'm looking forward to show you my skills.

Customer Service Experience/Email handling: In all the fields I've worked these past years (7+), I talked with a lot of clients either face to face or via telephone/e-mail. I always had a smile on my face and did my best to resolve their problems. I offered them the best resolutions in order to make them happy and to collaborate with me or the company that I've worked for again. I am very calm and I like to help people in any way I can. I involved in email handling & support.

I have ability to type 45 wpm and also in expertise in MS word, excel and PDF interactive form conversion. As I involved in various fields of job so managed in handling all the profiles as am a quick learner and ability to adapt new technologies quickly.
