I have personally been involved with technology / computers since I was in High School. I began programming in High School and the rest is history. I develop, design, and maintain websites, remotely and on-site in the San Diego Area help clients with their computer and technology needs. I have a strong passion for Information Technology and I am always reading and learning the latest trends. I currently posses a CompTIA A+ ce Certification and I am studying for my CompTIA Network Security Certification as well. I look forward to working with you in the near future.
Work Terms
I am flexible on scheduling times for remote support sessions. However, if possible please provide advance notice if possible as I have many clients I work with. If it is an emergency and you need immediate assistance I will do my very best to get a support session setup with you right away.
Currently I have a 1 hour minimum for each remote support session. A minimum deposit of one hour ($30) is preferred to be paid up front prior to the remote support session being started. If I am unable to fix your issue to your satisfaction, the deposit will be returned to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
