Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Your Time Zone)
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Sunday: Closed
Please note: While these are my standard hours, I am flexible and can arrange meetings or address urgent matters outside of these times if necessary. Simply reach out to discuss your needs.

Payment Terms:
Billing Cycle: I bill on an hourly basis, depending on the nature and scope of the project.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer. Detailed payment instructions will be provided with each invoice.
Retainers: For ongoing projects or services, a retainer may be required. The retainer amount will be discussed and agreed upon before starting the project.

Preferred Communication Style:
mail: Preferred for formal communication, project updates, and documentation. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a response.
Phone Calls: Available for urgent matters or detailed discussions. Please schedule a call-in advance to ensure availability.
Video Conferences: Ideal for collaborative discussions and detailed briefings. We can use Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams or any platform of your choice.
Messaging Apps: For quick queries and informal communication, feel free to use WhatsApp. Ensure to mention your name and the purpose of the message for clarity.
