With a successful record of executive positions and as an industry innovation award winner, Pedram is currently an Executive Director of a major professional services firm and its Head of PMO and Project Controls within its Infrastructure, Assets and Places team, helping clients in development and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
He is also a Gateway Reviewer, Deep Dive Reviewer, Forensic Analyst and a member of:
- Infrastructure NSW Investor Assurance Framework, Gateway Reviewer Panel
- Office of Projects VIC, Infrastructure Projects Experts Panel
- Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development & Communications (Contingency Modelling and Theory Advisory), and
- Engineers Australia Infrastructure Advisory Panel (IAP), a prestigious panel of 15 industry experts representing EA views and inform infrastructure policy work by Australian Governments.
Pedram is an innovation award winner from Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) and CPB Contractors for his exceptional knowledge and practical application of statistical analysis and the Primavera system in analysing project risks and schedules.
Pedram is highly skilled and experienced in Integrated Project Controls (IPC), PMO, project assurance, cost estimation, planning & scheduling, Monte Carlo Simulation, Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (QSRA), Quantitative Cost Risk Analysis (QCRA), Earned Value, Probabilistic Decision Tree and risk engineering.
