Payment terms:
- Milestone-based payments for fixed-price projects (30% upfront, 30% mid-project, 40% upon completion)
- Bi-weekly invoices for hourly projects (net 15 payment terms for smaller projects, net 30 payment terms can be negotiated for larger projects)

Preferred communication style:
- Regular project updates through email
- Weekly/bi-weekly video conference calls for project discussions and progress (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet)
- Availability on instant messaging platforms (Slack, Skype, or WhatsApp) for quick clarifications and discussions
- Use of project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc) for task tracking and collaboration
- Utilizing tools like Loom for sharing video updates and walkthroughs
